With 10 years’ experience in leading, managing and consulting for clients in Employment Service Programs, Loveridge provides highly professional training and support to Employment Service Program providers in management, client coaching and meeting program outcomes. We partner with all ES programs to deliver COJG supported training to employers across Ontario.

With 10 years of his leadership role in Employment Service Programs, Loveridge provides highly professional training and support to Employment Service Program providers in management, client coaching and meeting program outcomes. Loveridge developed the Employment Coach Certificate training, which hundreds of participants have benefited in providing much improved client service.
